How do I start?

You can try our free demo account. It’s a real account so you can start setting it up for your property. You can also reach out and set a meeting with us and have a full demo. After you sign up, we will guide you through the onboarding process and help you set up your property. Training is done before you start using the PMS, and we will support you in connecting and mapping the channels. We can also import the data from your previous PMS. Our Support team and Support Centre are also here to help.

How many users can use the system?

As many as you like. Create usernames and passwords for anyone you think should have access to the system.

What if I need to cancel?

Subscription can be canceled at any time and you can continue using the PMS until the end of paid term.

Who sets my account up?

We set it up together. The setup is a great training for using the system, and you can do it by yourself or in coordination and with the support of our team. We follow through to check that everything is set as you would like it to be before proceeding to do any connections with your sales channels.

What are your support hours?

Our support hours are 9am to 5pm (GMT).

I already have a channel manager I am happy with. Can I stay with them?

If our integration is supported, of course! Let us know which channel manager you would like to keep using, and we will support you in connecting it.
